Who processes your data

The fitting room photographs

When you upload a photograph to the fitting room we use it for one purpose only: to generate the visualisations we show you on screen. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box before generating and which you can withdraw at any time.

• Your photograph is sent to our image generation provider to produce the result.
• It is kept for thirty days at most and then deleted.
• It is not used to train artificial intelligence models.
• It is not published, nor passed to third parties for commercial purposes.

Do not upload photographs of other people without their permission, or of minors.

The images we give back

They are visualisations generated by artificial intelligence, not photographs. They give an idea of the silhouette on your body, but they do not reproduce the real fabric, fall or colour of the dress.

The appointment request

If you leave us your name, your email and the date of the wedding, we use them to get in touch and arrange the visit. Nothing else.

Your rights

You may ask us for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data, and lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
