02 — Manifesto

We make few dresses a year. Each one begins with a conversation and ends with a fitting at which someone almost always cries.

We don't work in sizes. We work with your body, a new pattern and three fittings. What leaves this atelier exists nowhere else and is never made again.

That's why the catalogue is short: six silhouettes, each one cut to fall a different way. The difference between them can't be explained. It has to be worn.

03 — The collection

Six silhouettes.
One measurement: yours.

01Column silhouette wedding dress in lace over silk

Column

Column

A straight line that follows the body without interrupting it. Lace over silk.

02A-line wedding dress in silk mikado

A-line

Full A-line

Silk mikado with a heavy fall. The dress that needs no explaining.

03Trumpet silhouette wedding dress

Trumpet

Trumpet

Close to the knee, and then air. For the bride who wants it noticed.

04Drop waist wedding dress

Drop waist

Drop Waist

A lowered waist lengthens everything it touches. More nineteen-thirties than ever.

05A-line wedding dress in layers of tulle

Tulle A-line

Tull A-line

Layers of tulle that weigh less than they look. It moves with the air.

06A-line wedding dress with a front slit

A-line with slit

A-Line With Slit

The slit appears as you walk and disappears when you stop.

04 — The fitting room

Upload a photo.
See the dress on you.

One full-length photograph of you and the silhouette you keep coming back to. In under a minute we'll send back three frames: front, profile, and walking down the aisle.

Your photograph is used only to generate these images, is deleted after thirty days and is never used to train any model. These are visualisations, not photographs: a very precise idea of the silhouette, not a record.

05 — How it is made

Lace over silk detail in the atelier

Three appointments, a new pattern and no hurry.

  1. 01

    The conversation

An hour and a half in the atelier. You try on silhouettes, we talk about the wedding and we take measurements. No obligation to buy.

  2. 02

    The pattern

We cut a new pattern to your measurements and make the dress up in the final fabric. Four to six weeks.

  3. 03

    The fittings

Two fitting appointments and a final one with your shoes on. It leaves here ready to wear.

“I arrived with a folder of Pinterest photos and left with something that looked like none of them. It was better.”

06 — The appointment

Come and see it.

The fitting room gives you an idea. The silk, the weight and the fall only exist in person. Leave us your details and we will write within twenty-four hours.
